  • A. We are here for you 24hr a day 7 days a week apart from Christmas and Boxing Day.
  • Q. What is the nearest station to you?
  • A. Liverpool Street Station and Tube is the nearest to us.
  • Q. How do I place an order with you?
  • A. It couldn’t be easier to place an order with us! Just order online or call us on 020 7283 4889.
  • Q. What area do you deliver to?
  • A. We deliver to EC2 and E1 area for free for orders over £150. Outside this area please give us a call for a delivery charge quote. Remember you can also use Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc.
  • Q. I’ve placed an order and I want to amend the numbers – can I do this?
  • A. Of course! just give us a call.
  • Q. Can I book a table at any time of night?
  • A. Yes you can, during certain hours we do take a deposit for bookings.
  • Q. What is the maximum booking you take?
  • A. You can book up to 40 people.
  • Q. Is there a minimum spend?
  • A. No minimum spend for Click & Collect or Eat In. For delivery there is no delivery charge for orders over £150 to EC2 and E1, below this spend or outside this area, then just give us a call for a quote.
  • Q. Can I have a private party at Polo Bar?
  • A. Hire the top floor of Polo Bar for up to 4 hours, with room for 40, there is no hire charge, but we have a minimum spend of £800 to £2000 depending on day and time.
  • Q. Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
  • A. Absolutely - just add it to the notes section, and we will advise you what we can do.
  • Q. Where do your ingredients come from?
  • A. Our ingredients are sourced from top quality reputable suppliers, all our food is fresh, seasonal and where possible local. Our Gaslight Gin is distilled by Owen in Bethnal Green.
  • Q. Do you have gluten free options?
  • A. Yes, we have many, including vegetarian and vegan breakfasts which can be requested gluten free, we also prepare gluten free sandwiches too, or try our nachos.
  • Q. Do you have gluten free pancakes?
  • A. Unfortunately we do not do gluten free pancakes at the moment.
  • Q. Is the meat Halal?
  • A. Our chicken is Halal, however, no other meats are Halal and we operate a non Halal kitchen.
  • Q. Can you do ‘no nuts’ ?
  • A. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee no nut traces as we use nuts in our kitchen.
